Inspected the roof and made minor repairs. Took pictures of a few other items that needed to be taken care of and provided the pictures by email. Very pleased with service.

They were punctual, very friendly yet professional, they eased her mind regarding any concerns she had and when they were done she had them back again to get rid of any mold in her attic. I would definitely use them again when the need arises.

I asked for an estimate on another repair and I am expecting that and all other work to be performed and completed by December 15th. Service provider was prompt and professional at job site as well as getting back to me with a job quote and day to schedule the work. So far I am pleased with the interactions thus far. <br />
<p>I have mixed feelings about it. They came out and did the inspection. He gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it. He gave me a quote of $175 and I told him to come on out and do the repair. When he got out here he changed it to $350. He said that it was $175 per piece and I had two. Then he said that he should charge me travel time because this is the second time that I have come out. He did an okay job, the communication was not right. We had purchased a big deal for the service. They came out and they did fine. They were punctual, they called ahead, and they explained everything. They didn't try to sell us anything.We didn't pay anything more than the big deal.
Had some difficulty connecting initially because the answering machine wasn't working, so I used the e-mail on Angie's list to explain that situation and why I wanted to talk directly to someone. The response was above and beyond what I would expect. Turns out there was some problem with their phone provider and my reporting this in my e-mail was greatly appreciated and let to it being corrected.
