My husband and I were not impressed with this company, but that would not stop me from using somebody else from Angies list.

I have reviewed the roof evaluation we sent to you and though we did do some minor maintenance we also recommended that the roof be replaced Spring 2014 and that the electrical cover be reinstalled correctly. We are sorry that the verbal communication on the jobsite was not as thorough. We will use your comments to improve that in the future! Thank you!
That turned out fine. The guy came out and I was impressed. He stayed for about 20 minutes to half an hour. He patched a shingle and patched a hole in my chimney. He was very informative too.

They were on time, neat and efficient. There were no spills or splashes that weren't dealt with and they even took care of some nail pops which they found as they progressed. The house has beautiful hardwood floors on the main level and I was nervous about getting paint on them, but it didn't happen. The house is relatively new, but needed some cosmetic updating. Looks great now! <br />

They came out on November 3rd and told me I didn't need nail pops or caulking, but 2 patches on my roof needed to be repaired and I needed a new roof. Their estimate was around 2K. I know I need a new roof... I was just hoping to get a few repairs to help hold it over til spring, but I do not wish to spend 2K on roof that needs to be replaced anyway. It was very good. They were very quick to contact us to set up an appointment. They were flexible with the time they could come. My husband actually dealt with them but he had only good things to say. They were really helpful. They explained everything about the assessment really well to him so that he was comfortable about what he wanted to do moving forward.

I signed up for the service through AngiesList on December 2. I called them and they said they would inspect our roof on December 7 or 14. I have not heard from them. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Update: April 21, 2014. We had signed up through Angie's List and somehow it was lost at one end or the other. This member is completely correct to be upset - we somehow did not get his information on our list of Big Deal purchases and did not schedule his inspection. We had an overwhelming response to the Big Deal and it was our first experience with a promotion like this - the volume of calls was unexpected.
