Irrigation install, maintain and repair Professional in every aspect of the project. From quote through completion. We were kept fully informed of what and why things were done as they were. After 10 years the only repair ever needed was due to my negligence when I hit a line digging a hole. Their yearly blowout are always on schedule and never once an issue with any staff. We have a dog and the guys/gals are always paying attention when they arrive that the gate has been latched upon exit.

Fall irrigation blowout service I received advance notice of when tech would arrive to perform service. Tech promptly provided blowout service quickly and without disruption to everyone in the household. I was satisfied with the work performed and will recommend Naiad to friends, family and neighbours.

Service - irrigation winterization I Like the convenience of scheduling on-line and the web page is easy to navigate with pick lists that help you zero in on the service. When contacting NAID by phone Coordinator is vey professional, personable and helpful. Work is done on the day scheduled.

Awesome Service! On Time, Professional and Dependable With winter around the corner we had Naiad complete our annual sprinkler maintenance. They sent us reminders half way through summer to book their services in September which was awesome. As we sat on the beach the last thing I was thinking about was winter, so it was great that we had the reminder come through so we didn’t stress las minute. They came on time and were done very quickly. Been using these guys for years! Keep up the good work.

Excellent service I use Naiad in the Spring to turn on and check every sprinkler for leaks and spray pattern. With nearly 60 sprinklers, it takes a while. In fall they blow the water out of my 8 zones and ready for winter. I have never had an issue with the Tech or customer service. Great Company I would recommend to anyone.

Irrigation WInterization Every year I have Naiad come and blow out our sprinklers. I book it online and they show up when they say they will a just do it. What could be easier.

Outdoor Irrigation We have used their services for about 17 years. From install to maintenance their crew has always been very professional . I like the fact that they give you a window of time and call when on their way . I recommend them whenever I can.

Irrigation system We have dealt with several irrigation companies and Naiad is the best. Where others installed our system in a sloppy manner and didn't provide proper service subsequently, Naiad fixed our problems and were very knowledgeable and professional. I am very thankful that our neighbours recommended them to us. I would highly recommend them. They are a bit more expensive but worth every penny!
