Great Service I called Naiad as per a recommendation of my next door neighbour. The day started with the technician arriving on time, looking professional. He answered any questions I had and set about to do the activation. I mentioned that I broke a sprinkler with a shovel, I quickly was given my estimate and 30 min later I had a fully functioning system again. I will definitely use this company again! These guys are awesome! I’ve used these guys for years. They do our spring sprinkler maintenance and our fall shut down. They are responsive, reasonably priced and they explain the full service. They even gone above and beyond to help us with some maintenance. They helped us swap some sprinkler heads and they did it quickly and did it as part of their annual service.

Staff are universally excellent I had an old system with many broken lines. The staff that came out were excellent at finding and fixing the breaks. All very hard working. I did find later that one sprinkler still wasn’t working properly, however, I believe I can take the head of myself in the spring and replace it.

Quick, efficient. Good service. We are happy with the NAIAD service. They were quick, on-time, efficient and professional. The price was just under $100 - a small investment to protect an expensive sprinkler system. We'll use NAIAD for spring set-up too.

Underground Sprinkler system blow out The tech's did a good job blowing out our underground sprinkler system in the fall of 2020. They phoned ahead before they're arrival and although the email from the office to us was incorrect, the tech returned to complete the job as scheduled.

Install and service have been great Had Naiad install a sprinkler system last year. Quoting and installing process was good. Support and servicing have been really smooth too. I messed up the timing of winter shut down and they were able to reschedule the next day, so that was great.

Best for service Naiard is simply the best, this was my third time using them for my sprinkler system. Socially distant, absolutely, this last time they came on time, did the blow out and ensured all water was turned off. This is exavlty what I wanted.

Winterization and Spring Activation Naiad is always reliable to show up in the fall and spring to prepare the sprinkler system for the following seasons. The staff are always friendly when they arrive. Booking and paying online is easy and you always get good deals if you book in advance. We will always use Naiad Irrigation Systems.
