Great Service WE have had sprinkler systems on our property for last 15 years. Also had great service for winterization and anything that needed attention. They are organized and allow us to schedule well in advance to prepare for the unpredictability of Calgary's winters.

second blow out I accidentally broke off my basement tap while turning off the system prior to winterization. The plumber came out after the blowout had been performed so I had to have Naiad come back for a second blowout which they did for free! I really appreciate their consideration and will be a dedicated customer in the future, nobody does these things anymore and so it was really very appreciated.

Sprinkler Blow out Amazing service. Texted when they were there. Had photos and left tags so I knew the job was done perfectly. Walked me through what I needed to do before and after appointment. Will email reminders for seasonal maintenance. Easy communication. Organized company. This company actually cares about their clients. Irrigation Blowout I’ve used Naiad For many years to do my end of summer irrigation blow out! They have always taken good care of my irrigation needs, very punctual, very professional, friendly! I’ve never had ANY spring time problems, soooo they did a great job in the fall.. Thanks Naiad!!!

Repair of aging sprinkler system The Naiad tech (Aidan) a little late but quickly made up for it by analyzing the requirements, proposing a solution, getting sign-off on solution and working on the install. The work involved replacing the leaking downspout and manifold and replacing the controller. The tech spent time showing me how to use to controller & iPhone app, and ensuring I understood the various functions.

Irrigation Winterization I booked Naiad for my irrigation winterization this year. They kept me up to date with everything leading up to the appointment date, including a photo of the worker that was scheduled to perform the service.
