Very happy with how quick this process took. Nathan was helpful throughout the process communicating via phone and e-mail, the later was easier for me with my work schedule. Was available for all the questions I brought up throughout the process and got back to me in a timely manner each time which did not delay our closing, even with the last minute items that were brought up. Very happy with how smooth everything went and will definitely contact Nathan in the future if we require any further home buying/refinancing.
My refinance loan closed pretty quick I had a bump in the road took care of it and was able to qualify for a better interest rate and better credit score thanks to my lender. All and all everything was smooth and straight forward
Nathan is excellent to work with tries very hard to give you the right product for your circumstances. Nathan tries to be flexible. He responds quickly & in a friendly fashion . We have not finalized a loan agreement at this time , but we are working together to reach that goal.
