Very thorough inspection at a reasonable cost. Inspector found a missing shingle and a bad roof vent boot seal that would have caused expensive repairs down the line plus some other items. Cost of repairs was higher for the seller than the cost of the inspection so we actually saved money. Highly recommended, even for a recently completed home.

I was very impressed with the fact that they took their time and noticed the little things. They were honest about what they were not able to take care and recommended what needed to be seen by those in that area of expertise (ex: electrical concerns). They honest about what could be taken care easily enough by the new homeowner and what should be done before or soon after taking ownership. I would recommend them.
