RecommendedVery thorough inspection at a reasonable cost. Inspector found a missing shingle and a bad roof vent boot seal that would have caused expensive repairs down the line plus some other items. Cost of repairs was higher for the seller than the cost of the inspection so we actually saved money. Highly recommended, even for a recently completed home.
