Would not recommend this company ever. Ordered a tree in April and have not received yet in June. Company blames weather which is excuse because our frost free date was May 10th. To cancel order costs 10% of your order price—read the fine print! Excuses and rip off is what you’re getting for your money!!!!
I would give this company zero stars if that was an option. This company does not stand behind their products and only provider a 50% credit towards another purchase. No refund available. The so called tree that I received was actually a twig with no life. I didnt realize that until I planted it and gave it time to grow. Since my wait time was more that this company allows (not that I knew there was a time frame) I lost my purchase amount. No offer for a refund, only to get 50% the next purchase. Ordered my cherry tree in April 2022.....today is May 26th....still waiting for shipment. Customer Service has repeated same status "ready to ship" for nearly 30 days. No one will give a specific answer.....or ship my tree. I think they took my $$$$ and ran!

Extremely unhappy with the quality of weeping redbud received. I contacted customer support with absolutely no help or resolution.
I got a package earlier than anticipated. I opened it up only to find out it’s not what I ordered at all. I have submitted a ticket to customer service they haven’t responded. I called in and so far the issue has not been resolved.
Will not buy from this company again. Ordered my tree 2 weeks ago and still no tree. I've contacted them twice asking where it was. Their response, you will receive an email once it has shipped. Their second response to me, was "your order is currently marked ready to ship". I had asked for them to cancel my order since there wasn't a legitimate reason for the delay, their response, "it's too late to cancel the order". Why??? Side Bar- The negative reviews do not jive with my experience. I am 67, gardened all my life and recognize crap - The plants are not the crap, its people who think they know how to garden.
I messaged them 1 minute after ordering to make a correction which they couldn't satisfy. BAM $20 cancellation fee.
