I AM HAVING A VERY HARD TIME WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD AND NOW HOW THE WARRANTY REALLY WORKS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD YOUR HAVNG A PHONE ISSUE- I AGREE, NOBODY WANTS TO CALL ME BACK. CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME LIKE I WAS TOLD.
If you want to be ripped off, this is your place!! Their prices are 1/3 higher than other sites. Plus, if you determine that the product isn't what you want or need, there is a restocking charge of FORTY PERCENT. As I said, a real scam.
I purchased 5 Magnola Trees as a gift. They were shipped via FEDEX in 3 separate boxes. Only 1 box arrived. The other box fell apart in shipping and the last box is missing. Nature Hills Customer Service is useless. The wait times are bad and they just hang up on you. Stay away from this company at all cost!!!!!!!!
Ordered a 10 foot tree from here because we wanted a taller tree in the front yard. They did not inform us of the delivery date so we were unable to coordinate with the local arborist to plant it when it was delivered. The top 2 feet of the tree was broken off after taking the bamboo support out. The first “professional” comment from the company was it was our fault and the tree was decapitated when the pole was removed. Tree came damaged, instead of replacement they told me what I should do to maintain it for growth next year, I paid a price to receive a tree that I should only have to plant not do the maintenance of a tree that was not packaged properly. not even a percentage off the purchase will go with other providers
I am a new customer and just received my first plant of English Lavender. Very disappointed! I could have bought the same plant at Lowes for $4.98 and you charged me $24.98. Really!!! Still waiting on the fruit trees to come tomorrow and not sure where the blackberry bushes I ordered are. Sad!
Ordered the Blue Wisteria tree. Planted it 4 days ago and still seems like it's struggling. In the box, tree leaves looked like they had no life in them. I'm hoping the tree survives, so far doesn't seem too promising. Tree looks really sad. I'm watering it and it gets plenty of sunlight daily....
Ordered 6 feather reed grass and each arrived crammed in a box with top foliage bent over basically in half. Is this normal? What am I supposed to do? Do I plant them in this condition or cut them? Very disappointed.
I ordered an Apricot tree last spring that was rated for zone 4. I live in zone 4. After ordering the tree, they changed the rating to zone 5. I requested that they cancel my order. They refused and shipped it anyway. As could have been predicted, the tree did not survive the winter.
