While I had very good experience in the past...this last order will be my last. I spent 100$ on rose bush flowering Spring-Fall. Ended up with a very pruned rose bush - with barely any leaves here and there. This was July when it would supposedly be in full bloom! Customer service was responsive advising that 'wetter than normal Spring...slowed their growth a bit' ... however the customer should be notified before shipping if plant was not reaching usual maturity. I am very disappointed in the quality of the plants. I ordered two baby's breath plants and I expected they were at least resemble the picture the company posted. The plants arrived completely brown with no discernable sign of life. When I contacted customer service I am told to send them more and more pictures. I spent $63 on two plants and unfortunately I expected live plants which is not what I received. I would give 0 stars if possible.
They charged my credit card immediately, and then 20 days passed with no word. When I called they said it was delayed because of "weather". No idea when it would ship. I asked for a refund, and they said they woudl charge me 10% fee. FOR WHAT EXACTLY???? There is always weather happening on planet earth. This company is awful Buy anywhere else
Horrible service I ordered shrubs and somehow it picked my canceled shrub not the one I wanted. I called in 15 min to cancel and they charged me 10 dollars even after what I explained. I’m never using them again .
I placed an order and had to cancel it within 6 HOURS. Nature Hills charged a $10 "cancellation fee". What a SCAM. That is, by far, the BEST strategy I've ever heard for ensuring ZERO return business. I will NOT be back!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 2 BOBO Hydrangeas in June of 2021 and received 2 damaged plants (half the leaves were in the box instead of on the plant) in August 2021. They claim they have a damaged in transit guarantee so within 24 hours I emailed them pics of my 2 plants and they basically told me they were not damaged, they were perfectly healthy and that they'd make a note on my account should they not survive.....sure enough one plant never even came out of dormancy and the other one barely came out of dor... read more
My plant arrived withered, with all the leaves dried and fallen during shipping. I spoke to customer service and they said that since it was technically still alive that they weren't required to give me a refund.
Does NOT DESERVE THEY RATING OR ONE STAR! Beware, this company has a purchasing agreement which leaves them the choice to deliver whenever they want even if they indicate a particular month. They literally can send your plants you paid for, years from the date of purchased and month promised. I lost $200 due to cancelation when I didn't get plants PAID FOR within the timeframe given and my credit card company could NOT DO ANYTHING about it. You HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Hydrangea tree arrived in what I consider to be poor condition. Sent pictures to Nature Hills immediately. NH TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD AND PLANT IT.. It did not survive the winter. ( I watered it throughout the winter). On a $125.00 tree I received a credit of $11.00. I should have boxed it back up and returned it immediately. Will not be a repeat customer.
