This is company is so decieving.Extremly unhappy. Bought a weeping redbud, It did come come out of its dormancy and when I called few times to see how long it takes they kept telling me it will take few months. After few months pass it still didnt bud so guess what they tell me they will only cover 50% off another tree. And that tree is now close to $200 not the lower price I got it at. Very upset. Please use caution if dealing with this company. Ensure you read reviews from external sites - look for a common theme regarding the product quality, customer service, and "warranty" I purchased the Wisteria. I received a dead stick. Bad experience. Tree didn't grow and company would not issue refund.
A very bad business to deal with. They sent me 1/2 dead plant and within 3-4 days it was dead and now they won't send me another one unless I pay for 1/2 the plant and shipping. $30.00 OMG!! I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 40 years and never have done that to my customer. They lost my business and I will contact my cc company and tell as many as I can. I will do business with my local nursery from now on.
Terrible... I am a prolific gardener and have a degree in horticulture. Received a *dead* tree. I know how to do scratch tests and the product was dead. Upon notification this company indicated that "they have an extensive quality control program and I must have done something wrong". They did offer to let me *pay* for a replacement tree along with additional shipping costs. That was *really* big of them. Just pathetic.

They sent me a dead tree and they want me to pay half to replace it screw that
They sent me a dead tree and told me to wait 6-8 weeks since it's dormant. Waited 6 to 8 weeks and still dead just like it came. I contacted them and they said I have to pay half plus shipping to replace it. Give me a break will never use them again and I suggest you don't either
The ordering was simple and the delivery was in a great time frame and packaged very well. The problem was the tree itself. Just a long tree with leafs at the very top and very bottom with an entire middle bare. There’s like a foot and a half between the top leafs and bottom leafs completely bare. No limbs no leafs no anything.
