I bought 2 trees and in less than Thirty days one of them died. I know you had a warranty that in a year it died you would would replace it for half price plus shipping. I had this tree 30 days and it died. I will never buy another tree from you again. I paid a lot of money for these trees. So disappointed in your company. I at least think you should replace the tree within 60 days of purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My 6 ft twig came broken in half in a bent up box.I was sent a replacement that came the same way but broken in 3 pieces. When I asked for a refund I was told by Julia that when I placed the order, I was agreeing to their policies that said they weren't responsible for damage during shipping and they would let me know how they would handle it. So,I decided how it would be handled and I filed with my CC co. and received my money back
Shipped dead trees and said I could get replaced if paid 75% of original- 50% of current list plus big shipping.
Poor quality, smoke and mirrors "guarantee". I would have save a LOT of money had I bought local.
My absolute worst online experience ever! Although they've deployed a top-notch marketing campaign, they're customer service is awful. I was repeatedly disrespected (via email and phone) by Julia, their customer service representative. I will never spend another dime we this company and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Nature Hills Nursery.
I have been in home gardening and landscaping for over 60 years, hence my concern and awareness that I received a DEAD, NOT A DORMANT TREE. I followed business's "planting/care advice", but this advice was NOT a miracle for a dead tree. I delayed in filing a complaint because of trying to respond to the waiting period noted by the customer service representative, which also meant that my 30-day insurance coverage had run out. REALLY, REALLY DIFFICULT to deal with if you have a problem! I was shipped a dead 5-6 foot "Select Weeping Willow". Took this up with Customer Service online and continued to exchange emails with them. NO SATISFACTION from them. I also find it interesting that Nature Hills Nursery has such high rating reviews on its website, BUT WHEN YOU GO TO non-associated reviews you find they are MUCH, MUCH LESS FAVORABLE. U think they are selecting what they post!?!

What an utter disappointment this shop is. We ordered a "bare root" American Sycamore with a fair bit of excitement. What arrived was such a sad specimen that we laughed and affectionately called it our "dead stick." It was about 5 feet tall and maybe 1/8" in diameter, bone dry with NO apparent living buds for limbs, and single spindle of "root" maybe four inches long protruding from the bottom.
