Nature Hills Nursery sent me the barest butterfly shrubs I've ever seen. When I sent them photos to inquire on the health of the plants it took days for the nursery manager to get back to me. Being dissatisfied with the plants, I asked for a refund. Three weeks of back and forth and Julia in customer service still refuses to refund the purchase. Outright fraud, you will receive a dead tree - make sure you receive reviews online. The whole thing is a con as they send you dead plants and will only refund your money if you buy their warranty. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience. Ordered 3 trees; none lived even though planted immediately in different locations, and according to their directions. Would never use again as their guarantee is worthless, only costs more money. Don't do business with them.

Was very disappointed in the size of the trees that I ordered. I ordered Two 4-5 ft trees in pots and recieved twigs barely 4 feet.... One tree had no branch or leaves.........local box stores had twice the size for half the price....the reason I even ordered was to get the free shipping , when I contacted your service as to why I did not recieved frr shipping, I was told it had expired....when I ordered it stated it was free..This was my first time ordering with Nature Hills.....very disappointed
