“very easy to get product. Only complaint is regarding my delayed shipment. I wish I was notified as to the reasoning that my purchase didn't arrive until a month after my order. When I reached out to Nature Hills they told me that because of the heat, they were delaying my order. That is fine, but sincertainly I was never told this as the reason, I was upset about not being notified. Better communication with customers after the sale would be appreciated. Had no problem collecting monly, but slow delivering the goods”
