“Overall, a very easy experience. The only two criticisms I have are: 1. You should send out a preemptive email about weather-related delay in shipping. After I hadn't received my tree in the time stated in the checkout materials, I called to find out the reason for the delay and was told it wouldn't be shipped while the weather was so hot. I do appreciate the need to delay shipment, but it would have been nice to have received an email telling me about the delay instead of having to call. “I like having a full description of each plant and what to expect year around of it's colors and characteristics as well as how to care for them plus the wide variety to choose from. My most recent order took quite a bit of time to arrive and it wasn't until I contacted them that I was informed the reason for delay was due to extreme heat and they wanted to be sure the plants would not suffer during shipping. While I appreciated the added caution, it would have been nice to have been contacted. ”
