“Pretty simple. Hope product is as nice when arrives. It arrived and was planted immediately. I ordered a 6' bald cypress, tree looked pretty puny. will have to wait and see how it looks next year.”

“Two of my plants we receveived were dead upon arrival and a third has just given up. I called and sent pictures, but was told to hang on, "they may bounce back", not likely considering they are dead brown sticks. I wanted to get them in the ground, but guess I have wait until the are officially pronounced dead. Terribly inconvenvenient!!”
