Not recommended getting stuck on steps and angles I would not purchase this again. I spend more time getting it off my stairs when it gets stuck than it actually cleans. The cable is very unsightly across the pool deck. I wish I would’ve gone for a battery operated unit and I regret not looking at the reviews more in depth and seeing how often they get stuck on steps.
Model is not great Stopped working after a week. I like the brand but this model was terrible
Terrible customer service product did not fit my hot tub - seller refused return - said could not return cause of what it is. Then how the hell did it get sent. There was NO special packaging just a plastic bag
Price Increas off the chart, mineral stick alternatives are out there at half the $ I have used these mineral sticks for my Hot Tub, many years. The price has nearly doubled. Last water change, I used a competitors mineral stick and worked exactly as these do at HALF the cost. Shop around. Nature2 Mineral Stick, does not have a monopoly on this method of water treatment.
Product is 5 star; price is 1 star I’ve bought this three times in the past two years for $25. Price doubled!!! Buy it at Walmart for $22. Thank you to another review that saved me from being fleeced.
Garbage don't buy Much better products for significantly less money. Gimmick and useless.
DEFECTIVE/no return or replacement SELLER ISSUE, We have used this product for 3 years, never had an issue. This Mineral stick was delivered defective. Inside of packaging box is gray, when stick was placed in spa, silver started spilling into the water. Tried to return for replacement, not allowed. Had to purchase elsewhere. Out my $42.00.
Over priced Product is great. The seller is 30-50% overpriced. Seller refuses to price match when this was brought to their attention and refused to accept returns even though competitive priced other sellers would. Check places other than Amazon before you purchase.
Do not buy This doesn’t not fit the filter that it says it fits and Amazon doesn’t allow you to return it. They just take your money for a useless item and tell you to have a nice day.
