Counterfeit product As described on a manufacturer's "Consumer Alert" dated 11-08-2018, I believe this item to be a counterfeit product with unknown ingredients. As described on the 'Alert' notice, this item is a darker shade of yellow, lacks a tooling mark, and lacks a date code stamp; although the product and the packaging look nearly identical.

Stick with the stick that doesn't have to stick! I usually buy the blue ones that just sit next to your filter in the intake. This one required some little post and was supposed to go up inside our filter. It's a total wasted of time and super frustrating as it kept dropping out of the filter (note: it doesn't stay on the lip inside the filter) and jammed it up so I couldn't screw the filter down into place. Just stick with the blue guy! :-)

Stick extension sucked by pump Stick extensions can become loose and could damage pump not to mention nightmare to recover the stick.

May destroy your pump The product has a defect when using the extension, which is highly breakable, sending a large piece a plastic in the pipes that can block the pump. The customer service told me that this never happened but the guy who fixed my spa told me it was frequent. Good idea product that needs serious improvement.

One Star Bromine chemicals broke down contents and turned my water yellow

If more time passes than that, the Nature2 mineral cartridge can begin to lose its effect. Where’s the effectiveness of this product? Installed this on Saturday with only 350 gallons of balanced water and a newly cleaned filter in my spa. By Wednesday the water was a hazy green, filter runs automatically for 10 minutes every 3-4 hours. Waste of money.

It's important to ensure you follow the proper activation procedure as outlined in the manual which includes a chemical superoxidation or shock treatment with chlorine. You must also follow the low-chlorine recipe which pairs Nature2 Spa with a non-chlorine oxidizer (MPS) and then test for appropriate MPS levels using MPS test strips. No rebate available! I just tried to get the rebate and Zodiac support said that there is no rebate! I have not used the product yet but this is false advertisement! Probably will spend the additional 10$ to by the Jacuzzi brand!

New item but looked used Box was open and taped. The stick looks like it has been used before. Will likely return.
