No rebate available! I just tried to get the rebate and Zodiac support said that there is no rebate! I have not used the product yet but this is false advertisement! Probably will spend the additional 10$ to by the Jacuzzi brand!

Product doesn’t work I shook the product, as instructed, and installed it in my hot tub. I am using as much (if not more) chlorine than ever. This does nothing. A waste of money!

It's important to ensure you follow the proper activation procedure as outlined in the manual which includes a chemical superoxidation or shock treatment with chlorine. You must also follow the low-chlorine recipe which pairs Nature2 Spa with a non-chlorine oxidizer (MPS) and then test for appropriate MPS levels using MPS test strips. Awful!! Created a pink ring around my spa! It left a pink stain around my spa. Once I removed it and replaced it with another brand, the pink scum left too. Water was not clear either. I'm so glad that it didn't permanently stain my spa. Complete fail on this product.
