Doesn't Fit Into Closed-Top Filter Not only does it not fit per their instructions, but I have to pay for the USPS return shipping.

Looks like it was used. Product came in box that looked open. Once opened the item was dirty like it had been previously used. Now I would like to send back and receive a refund, will buy someplace else. And now I’m expected to pay for the shipping? Yikes!

Shipped item was not new The item that I received today is clearly not new. The inside of the box is smudged/dirty. I've been buying these for years and years and so I also noticed right away that the cardboard that would normally hold the main sanitizer is torn off. I have no interest in putting something in my hot tub to SANITIZE it that is not new-in-the-box. For all I know, someone could have returned a used item in this torn, dirty box.

Faulty This item is faulty and not as described. It did not work for my hot tub and caused my hot tub to go into malfunction. When I go to return it I am not given a prepaid label-shame on this seller

Don't purchase unless this is the specific unit for your spa This is not universal. It did not fit in my master spa. They have these attachment sticks that are supposed to keep in in the filter. They just push together and come apart very easily. As soon as I put this in my filter the sticks got sucked down into the lines. Now I have to take apart everything to find and remove it before it makes its way to the pump.

Not Impressed This didn't work out for me. It gave the water a dark appearance and I got an odd odor as the months went on. You still have to use MPS, which is more expensive that chlorine, so why bother? In my opinion it's unnecessary and I feel it restricts the flow of water through your filter.

Waste of money This hasn't done anything to keep bromine level steady. I don't use the hot tub that much. As other reviews say, it also got sucked into one of the openings for the filter cartridge. Luckily, it just got stuck there and didn't go into the main line. I was able to get it out with a long wire.
