No Testing?? Shame on me for not doing my homework. Our 13 year old electronic copper ionizer quit and not having the time to replace it, went with this product for a year now. Can't test for minerals so how does one know it works? Just spent $200 on new electronic ionizer and OMG, the crap that was in my water showed up in 12 hours. It is just 2 adults, super clean, no lotions etc. I changed out this product every 3 months. Stick Extender fell into pump! The stick extender fell off into the pump! It is rattling around and I can not retrieve it. I am very worried it is going to damage my spa. Don't know what to do?

BEWARE OF COUNTERFEITS The product I received was a counterfeit. I didn’t realize it until after I had used it for over 60 days...and it didn’t seem to be doing anything. If you search the internet you can find pictures showing how to spot the counterfeits.

DO NOT BUY IT IS COUNTERFEIT!!!!!! DO NOT BUY IT IS COUNTERFEIT!!!!!! This product is counterfeit, and will mess up the water chemistry in your hot tub. Mine is all out of wack, I tried changing the water and still having issues. As soon as I removed this and changed water again no issues. Very disappointed! This product doesn’t get a star! This item was delivered in a broken box that was ripped and scotch taped. The directions were missing. Very disappointed. Wondering if this product is the real thing!

Did not work at all Not only did it turn my hot tub cloudy and produce a foul smell, it also messed up my pH which left me with chemical burns on my legs after use. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
