When I first spoke to Nav, within just a couple of minutes he gave us an interest quote less than another company I had called and the estimated closing costs were $4000 less. The other company did not pick up on the fact that my husband is a disabled vet. Nav answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I realize that we are not the only people he was helping through the process of refinancing but still he made it seem like we were.
