Nav, could not have been more professional and walked us through the process. His communications were always clear and never made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions and concerns. There was a lot going on in our lives through this process and Nav did everything he could to make the process easier on us even though at times, it was quite a challenge. I was not, however, happy with the notary used for the closing.
