Nav seemed to be looking out for the best deal for us and was clear about what was needed. He communicated clearly about our options, and kept us up to date with progress of our refi. The only thing that could have been better was the actual closing when we signed our papers. There seemed to be confusion and it had to be delayed because paperwork was not delivered when it should have been. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience, but Nav was good to work with.
