I was referred to Dr. Craig Neal by my dentist when we discovered I had a fractured tooth and the only option was an implant tooth. I made the appointment at the Northgate office, the only downside was that I had to go downtown for the CAT scan, (or was it an MRI? not sure) before having the surgery, he wanted to make sure there was enough bone for an implant tooth. I have already have several implant teeth so I know the drill....(no pun intended). The day of the surgery I arrived at 11:00 am and only waited a couple of m... read more
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here and I couldn't have had a better experience, I had no swelling at all and no infections. I was so amazed with the results from getting one side of teeth removed, for the second set, I planned several events for the days following the removal. Side note: It is good to relax after getting teeth removed and talk as little as possible. Trust me, the first time I was very overcautious about eating soft foods and relaxing my jaw. The second go-round I was eating pizza and scheduled seve... read more
I had an infected tooth extracted here by Dr. Kyle Sorensen in preparation for future implant. The experience was very painless. Dr. Sorensen and support staff were extremely professional and helpful in keeping me comfortable throughout the process. I felt very well informed of my options and confident in my decision. Betsy at the front desk was also helpful in maximizing my insurance benefits and scheduling me in on such short notice. They called me hours after the surgery just to check and see how I was doing. Had wisdom teeth extraction done here. Office environment is very clean, professional, and inviting... with staff to match. One particularly nice thing, whether this was intentional or coincidental, was having consistency with a point of contact throughout my three visits (pre-op, op, and post-op) rather than different people every time. I didn't feel any pain for the first two days post-op and only moderate pain over the rest of recovery--which may have something to do with the quality and experience of the surgeon.
I have just had my second child wisdom teeth removed under both Dr Neals care; For both of my children I was so impressed: The conference up front, the call ahead prescription, the follow up call: Every aspect that would enable healing was considered and discussed; The insurance office took care of all aspects dealing with my insurance and flex care spending plan. The calls the same and next business day re: my sons health and follow up were sincere and concerned; We have seen both Dr Neals and the care was exceptional in b... read more
Dr. Neal is very knowledgeable doctor, very courteous, and did a great job of helping me through a very difficult wisdom tooth extraction. If my experience just consisted of him, I'd give it 5 stars, easily. However, there were a few problems I had with the staff and administration of the practice: Firstly, there's the price. I'm not sure what the going rate for a CT scan is, but given that it takes about 20 seconds to complete one, I feel that charging nearly 300 dollars is a bit absurd. To top it off, the lady working... read more
When I went to the Neal OMS office in Kirkland for a consultation, I found out all four of my wisdom teeth were impacted, the bottom two growing completely horizontally. Dr. Craig Neal explained there was no emergency, that I could wait to have my wisdom teeth removed if I so wished, but if I did they might develop complications later in life due to how they had grown in, and removing them later on would probably prove more difficult than removing them now. I appreciated his logical approach to my situation, as well as how h... read more
My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth out. The operation was over in less than an hour and he was the only doctor noticed the possible complications with a facial nerve. After consulting with another oral surgeon than our dentist recommended I came to the conclusion that Dr. Neal had more experience and expertise in dealing with this potentially problematic operation. In addition his price was half the price of the other surgeon. He called us at 10:30pm to ask how she was doing. How many other dentists do that? Very n... read more
I've had extractions with both Neals - Dr. Craig and Dr. Jack - and have been to both locations --- and both guys are truly awesome. To have complete confidence in your surgical medical professional is a fine, fine thing indeed --- but what stands out for me is the friendliness of the Kirkland office's reception. Those two gals are awesome! Thanks for making me feel so welcome, ladies. You rock it in Kirkland!
