We have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time we call or walk into the office. From the front desk staff, to the assistants who work with our kids, to Dr. Neal himself. The entire staff is always joyful and sunshiny! This is an amazing office to be associated with, and we will absolutely be coming back for more! Thank you again!

I am not a patient of this office (I live out of state). But, my adult daughter is. She is in the process of being diagnosed with possibly a very serious oral condition. Dr. Sorenson and all the office staff, according to my daughter, have been outstanding - - helpful, kind, compassionate - - not to mention top-notch proficient at their respective jobs. They have made a very frightening and painful situation for my daughter so much easier than it otherwise would be. As mother to this patient (and as a mother who cannot be th... read more

This office runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone on the staff are caring and want to help as much as possible. I have NEVER had to wait for an appointment (well, maybe 30 seconds). Everyone in the office has been professional, helpful, and caring. Dr. Craig Neal has been assume. Always on time, and willing to answer any and all questions, and I have asked them all. I think he really appreciated someone researching the procedures and asking appropriate questions. I have had tooth extractions and implants, and all were don... read more

I visited a dentist that also performs oral surgery 6 months ago. I had a tooth removed and received an implant. The area became infected and upon my recent visit the dentist cut open the gums, lasered out the infected bone, harvested bone from other parts of my jaw, did a bone graft, and sutured the area. I was worried that this dentist was, perhaps, not as experienced as they should be and called Neal Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (since I had work done with them before). In fact, they get two stars instead of 1 because ... read more

I had an appointment at 9:30 at the north Seattle office, but when we arrived they said there was a family emergency and we would need to go downtown instead. They sent us straight downtown even though I found out once I got there that they were booked solid through 11:30. We got there at 10 and the woman at the front desk said it would be less than an hour wait-- it was 2.5. They tried to talk me into taking out my upper teeth, though they have fully grown in, for an extra $700. In the end just the lowers were $1400 (befo... read more

This was the absolute most horrific procedure I have ever experienced, hands down. I went to have four wisdom teeth removed, and while I was assured Dr. Neil Sr. was the right man for the job, he was not only incompetent but abusive. When I was waking from sedation, I was disoriented and began to cry. He began to yell at me, shake the chair, and I was escorted out through the back door of the facility while it was raining. My mother asked to speak with Dr. Neil and he refused her. My pain was not managed, and it triggered an... read more

I took my son in to have his wisdom teeth pulled. Our insurance only covered half, and I decided to pay the extra (a high amount in my opinion) in order for him to not have to go through the ordeal twice. Thankfully I did, because after what we went through, I would never have been able to get him back into the office! He had surgery early in the week. He started feeling very uncomfortable on Thursday. I called and they said to give him a higher dose of pain meds. Friday he was worse. I called again. They said to go get some... read more

I was referred here for my daughter's wisdom teeth to be removed. As we were walking in the door she said: "Oh mom, this is were my friend had here wisdom teeth out and got an infection." I did not give this too much thought because things can happen. The place is very sleek and showy (I always wonder how much one pays for the interior decorating.) As we sat there waiting a girl with a puffed up face (clearly recently operated on) came out and sniffiling and said to her dad " I have an infection". I was ready to leave really... read more
