Scheduled my son's wisdom teeth removal. Made us wait for 2+ hours. Extremely poor at time management. Amateurs acting like they've only started practicing yesterday. They place zero value on your time. They just expect you to wait as long as receptionist says "I'm sorry". Go elsewhere if you value your time.

Taking a combination of Tylenol and Advil (or generic brands) works better than taking opioids for pain management and has fewer side effects after removing molars. Prescribing opioids for routine outpatient oral surgery is an outdated, dangerous practice.

My dentist, Dr. Ryan Etue, is my most trusted medical provider. I'd take his word above any without a second guess. When he recommended me to Dr. Craig Neal, that was it for me. Okay, this is the right guy. He said that Dr. Neal wasn't one of the best in the area, but that he was one of the best in the world at the unique type of surgery I'd be needing. I am a retired dentist and needed removal of an infected tooth. I have worked with this practice for many years in a referral relationship and participated in study clubs with them but never had occasion to see them as a patient until today. The entire treatment experience was smooth, seamless, and pain free. I barely even felt the IV placement. Dr. Sorenson was thorough and complete in all regards and technically excellent, as I knew he would be. Just as good as it gets for oral surgery.

Dr Neal and his staff are the best. From the first time you contact them to the surgery and recovery they keep you informed at every stage. There are no surprises. You know the cost, what to expect and they are always kind and attentive to your needs. After hours they have a person on-call every day, no matter what time to answer any of your questions. That for me was very important. This is a practice that really cares about you

I never write reviews. But after my amazing experience with Dr Sorensen I couldn't help it. They are very professional and great with patients. Amie the surgical tech was so friendly and nice and made me feel totally at ease. Dr Sorensen explained the procedure perfectly and the results were excellent. All in all I'd give this 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend this office and dr Sorensen and Amie are amazing!

Dr Sorensen is absolutely awesome! He removed my son's wisdom teeth and the experience with he and his staff could not have been better. Appointments, surgery, followup were the best and far exceeded our expectations. For a surgery that has a potential for anxiety, particularly with teenagers, it really was a painless and positive experience. Dr. Sorensen helped my son feel comfortable during the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Sorensen!

I just finished having some surgery. Outstanding attentive staff from Dr. Sorenson to the admins taking care of the billing. My prep visit a week before was equally satisfactory. They addressed all my questions and concerns. We thoroughly discussed my treatment options and landed on the correct approach. As with any surgery there can be some anxiety beforehand.
