Ruth was very positive. We had a small budget and Ruth never pressured us to bump up the budget. She even mentioned it was our monthly payment. Her insights on neighborhoods helped us to determine which homes were worth fixing up and which ones were not. Her insights on what improvements we could do in the future were very valuable.

We highly recommend Farhan Khan highly enough. Desiree was fantastic to work with. My wife and I were looking for our first home purchase and she made it possible. She was very flexible on times for showing us houses (which is great cuz my wife and I both work); often times late into the evening. Once we found the house we wanted she handled all the complicated parts and explained everything that was new to us and put us in contact with the right people. Overall I would highly recommend Desiree and hope you choose to let her help get you the house of your dreams.
