Matt helped us find our first family home. He took every detail into account when finding our home and made sure not to waste our time on homes he knew we wouldn’t like or weren’t in our budget. Our home now is the home we brought our two children home to and the perfect home, years later. He was so knowledgeable in the area, the home, and the buying process. Matt Vela is a true professional. He is very customer oriented and always follows through with commitments. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish when me and my family decided to look to buy a house. Chris helped us price our house and then he marketed it so well that it sold without a hitch in three weeks. In addition, he went far beyond what we would’ve expected of a realtor; he found a roofer for us who did an excellent job, and he even found an exterminator at the last minute, saving us a trip of 216 miles

Matt helped us to successfully sell our house that we have owed for over twenty years. He will do whatever it takes to get your house ready to sell: negotiating with potential buyers, recommending and helping to stage the house to sell. He was always available to us 7 days a week for any questions we had, and always gave us wise advice. He even moved our pool table for us so we could close on our house quickly! I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is interested in selling their house.

I've worked with Matt for years in both the buying and selling processes. You will not find another agent who is quicker to respond and more available than Matt. He also has lots of negotian savvy. Kendall did an excellent job in explaining the sell of our current home, and the purchase process of our new one. I may have overloaded her with questions, but she answered every one of them timely and at all hours. She respected our work hours when viewing houses and negotiated some big ticket items with our seller's realtor. I always felt like we were her only clients with how she quickly handled all of it! All in all, a smooth experience.
