Chris did a great job of briefing me on all the steps and avenues of what their approach was going to be for the sale of the ranch and house. He and his team actively kept their eyes and ears open for potential buyers in the market and was able to sell my place in a matter of months while other pieces of property have been taking years to sell or are still on the market.

Chris Jacobs sold our house!!! He went above and beyond to make sure the buyers were happy! There wasn’t a time that I called or text that he didn’t respond immediately!! He was very professional and calmed me down when I got a little too excited! He was always willing to explain the process and was honest about what to expect. He works hard for positive results!!!

Caitlin is so wonderful to work with. She searched long and hard and showed us tons of homes until we found our forever home. She is diligent and extremely responsive.
