I would highly recommend John. He was personable, trustworthy, and kind, but also attentive and intensely focused on the task. My biggest fear in finding a realtor was that I would have to babysit and adopt the "trust but verify" mindset at every step. We live in San Diego and we’re very fortunate to get John as our agent here in San Antonio. He is the consummate professional and kept us informed of everything going on. It was a long process finding the right house and we depended heavily on John. He was more than up to the task. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a first class agent. John was an absolute pleasure to work with! My wife and I recently bought our first home, and it was truly a blessing to have a real estate agent like John. For starters, we had to purchase the home remotely. Honestly I could write a book about our wonderful Realtor Desiree Baker. My first time buying and my Husband Fred second time buying. She reached out to me the same day as I called the site reference number. Her professionalism and her ability to work with us through a difficult first bid on a home that fell through on the fault of the present owners was admirable! Ruth was very helpful through our search for a new home. She listened and respected all of our decisions and guided us as we had questions. Personally, I am an individual who likes doing research on her own, but having Ruth as someone who has the expertise in this field smoothed out the entire process of obtaining a house.
