We were refered to Jim Bell through a Dave Ramsey (Financial Guru...) preferred real estate agent program. The whole house hunting/ buying process went very smooth and Jim was very helpful. Our process required some business that had to be done with an out of state party, and Jim never skipped a beat and the out if state transactions went smooth. Where to start... he lived up to every word he said. He stated that with current market I was going to be able to sell my home and close out on another at the same time. I closed on new home on the 27th of feb and closed as a seller on 13 March with max price all before first mortgage due. This allow my wife a lot of flexibility.
