Jim showed us a lot of houses in the area we requested. Once we made and offer, he stayed on top of the process and kept us informed. This house was refirbished after a fire, so the process was a bit more complicated than usual. We bought the house around tax season. I sold a property through Bree. Being an out of state (Colorado) owner I was a little apprehensive. Bree was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and gave me advice on fair market value. Bree kept in contact throughout the entire process from listing to closing.
