Caitlin was our first realtor. We didn’t know what to expect. Luckily we got a realtor who was very patient with us. We ended up seeing 50+ houses until we found one that we felt happy with. In the process of looking at houses Caitlin was responsive no matter what time of day it was. Which was nice for us since my fiancé and I both work nights. She was knowledgeable about the locations of the houses, the route I would need to take for work, and areas near by.

Matt handled our recent land purchase, and we are very pleased with the experience. It involved a great deal more negotiation than we anticipated, but through it all he was calm, professional, responsive and prompt. We’ve asked Matt to handle the sale of our house in the next few months and are looking forward to working with him again.

Yvonne was an absolute joy to work with! Tuned into what I was looking for so did not waste time looking at properties I would not have been interested in. Mason worked very well with me and went above and beyond on my behalf. John walked onto the scene of my home purchase in the middle and I couldn’t have been happier to have him in my corner for the remainder of the process. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I was impressed with his kindness and willingness to help someone so significantly when we never even had the chance to meet. I was a first-time home buyer when I met Yvonne. She showed me a few homes and then introduced me to a builder. I liked the builder so went them. Throughout the process greased the wheels of the process; giving me advice on the process and checking in with the lender and seller for updates. Highly recommended.
