Bottom line up front: passive agent, good process people, must know what you want explicitly. I was in Columbus Ga when I received word I would be stationed in San Antonio. I decided this PCS move I would buy a home. I started doing research on perspective realtors in the area. I happened on the Neal and Neal team on Zillow . Both sites had the team listed 5/5 etc.... From the very beginning Emily was very attentive and helpful. Even after we had put off buying a house for a few months she kept in contacted with us. I used the Neal and Neal Team for both the purchase and sale of my San Antonio home, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the housing market. Shane Neal was knowledgeable, professional, and super responsive to all my questions and needs. His team made the process one of ease, and always made me feel like they were 100% invested in my housing endeavors, while navigating through the sometimes crazy San Antonio market. We were concerned that we would not be able to find a house as the market was moving fast when we began looking. Mike told us he would find the right house for us and he did! We love our new house!He always responded to emails, phone calls and texts and kept us informed through the closing process. It was a great experience working with him. I would highly recommend him!

Chris worked with us in selling two properties- a rental and our personal home . He.had put together a professional team that made it stress free for us. Both properties sold sold within 24 hours of placing it on the market! He showed us true professionalism and how our interests protected!

We found Chris through Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider program. We wanted to sell our house, and wanted an idea of what it was worth if we did little or no improvements, and also if we did improve it significantly. It was awsome working with John. He is very knowledgeable, professional and a great person to work with. I would highly recomend home to anyone that is interested in buying or selling a home.
