Mike Gutierrez and his team were excellent all through our buying process. We came to San Antonio from out of town several weekends to look at homes. We started this process in Sept. 2016, and did not find the "perfect" home until March, 2017. In addition, Mike was available to show our daughter homes we were interested in, but couldn't get down right away to see. He was exceedingly patient and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a home in the San Antonio area.
They worked with us over a year as we were transitioning from one city to another. Many times this work required looking at houses over the weekends. Mike Gutierrez was our representative. He could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable.
