As a military family we support veterans so along with reviews that we read this was the tiebreaker for us and we made a wise choice. Chris and his team worked diligently to get the job done. He gave us an average timeframe of 45 to close a home and he was able to deliver in our case. This guy made the whole process seamless. Very knowledgeable, polite and patient. We bit our house through him initially and he just left a great impression. So when we went to sell our house he was the first phone call we placed. If you want a no hassle realtor this is the guy! Can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you Matt!

Ruth was very positive. We had a small budget and Ruth never pressured us to bump up the budget. She even mentioned it was our monthly payment. Her insights on neighborhoods helped us to determine which homes were worth fixing up and which ones were not. Her insights on what improvements we could do in the future were very valuable.
