We listed our home closer to our move date than we had originally planned under the advisement of Chris. 2 days, and after the first showing, we had an offer. After negotiations we were pleased to get extremely close to listing price. Chris was very responsive to all calls and questions and kept us informed the entire time.
Our house had been sitting on the market for months with 4 buyers and no sale. Within a week with Chris we were taking proactive steps to make important improvements to the home to make it more marketable, we’re under contract and closed on the sale. Chris was super friendly, always responsive and most importantly ALWAYS found ways for us to overcome obstacles. Selling a home can be stressful, but if you work with Chris, he will have your back.
Chris and his team were very helpful. My wife and I needed much assistance through the entire process as this was our first time selling a home. They were available to answer our questions and address our concerns promptly regardless of the time of day. Alfred really took the time to explain every step of the way to us. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us a great deal. Being out of town, it was great that Alfred was so dedicated to helping us as we were already stressed out not being able to see the house in person. We would recommend him to anyone, he really helped us a lot.

Emily is the most hard working realtor I've experienced. She truly has the best interest of her clients at heart and has proven her ability to get the job done. When I called or texted John, he responded within minutes. He doggedly looked for houses for me and always showed me houses within my price range. He had a great knowledge of what I would like. I would definitely go with John again, but because he was so good, I think I might stay in this house forever. Great experience!
