What can I say about Alfred Garcia, phenomenal! I know he doesn't usually do rentals, but he helped me find a place and even got them to knock off a bit of the monthly price. Excellent work.
I only had about 6 hours in San Antonio to view homes and make a decision, a huge decision. Boy am I glad Alfred was on my team! Jim is super. Liked him the moment we met. Moving from Wisconsin to Texas. Made a couple trips and couldn't find what we wanted. I was beginning to think I would spend all our money on airfare. This guy always came through when I needed something and fighting for me to get the price I needed. Really great guy to work with. I had a couple of issues with my seller but John got everything under control.
The whole team was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable in the market. We worked closely with Shane and he was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our selling process. Alfred was our savior. We are military and were buying our home without seeing it. Through the process Alfred gave us great insight into the different areas of San Antonio and always kept our interests as his top goal.
