Yvonne is a top notch realtor - professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, communicative, funny and patient. She added us to email alerts to assist us in finding a home, sent us personal listings that matched our criteria of wants and needs, and was there throughout the whole process from finding our home to the closing. Matt was always available to show us homes. He kept us updated on if the home had a bid or if it was really on the market or not. He was always willing to show us homes where ever we wanted to look.

I contacted Matt when looking to purchase a home in San Antonio. From my initial wish list Matt was right on target as to what I was looking for. He was responsive, understanding as well as knowledgeable in all the areas that were important for me. I did little legwork. With his expertise and comittment, I purchased my new home in the desired area that I wanted and a great price. I trust Matt and will return to him for any real estate needs I may have in the future. Matt was very helpful in taking me through the different areas we were interested in, to get a feel for exactly where we wanted to relocate. He picked great houses to show in each area and spent time with answering my questions—during and after our home tours. He helped us through the process of building by negotiating with the builder’s agent and making sure they stayed on top of things. He’s a great realtor with a lifelong knowledge and love of the San Antonio area.

Love Penelope! We were 1st time home buyers and Penelope helped us find our home in a short time frame. We were under crunch time because or apartment lease expiring soon and she was very responsible to emails and calls during the crazy time. She was very professional and pleasant.

My experience with Bree Perez was wonderful. She clearly took into account what we were looking for, and was very attentive to any comment we made during our house tours. She is very prompt in her communication with us and made the entire process smooth. By far, I am most impressed by Bree's negotiation skills. It was our first time buying a home and she made the whole process a breeze. She was very helpful throughout the whole thing and still continues be helpful even after we closed. She's firm on the lenders and will keep them on track to close on time. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.
