Neal & Neal team has listed and sold a couple house for me, but this time My wife and I were the ones on the hunt for a new home. Neal & Neal team was there whenever we needed them to schedule several showings on the weekends. They were so knowledgeable of the current market. They made it such an easy process. Highly Recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or lot.
This is the second time we used Neal & Neal to buy a house. A great group to work with - accessible, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy.
Alfred was great. We were purchasing a house from out of state and he took every opportunity we had in San Antonio to personally show us around and be present for every showing we had. He responded to all calls and emails right away (and there were a lot) and set us up with all the services we needed as well. Couldn't have had a better experience with a realtor.
Masterful does not begin to describe the abilities of Alfred! From the very beginning he was attentive and understanding of my needs and financial goals. I explained what I needed out of my home sale and he negotiated even better than my bottom line. From marketing to the home buying process he was one step ahead the entire way!
