Mike did a terrific job for me as a buyer's agent. He was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking, and had good insights on home values. Mike did a super job negotiating a price reduction on the townhome we finally selected, and was very helpful with inspections and contractors to fix the place up. Very personable and stayed on top of things. Backed by a super organization too.

Chris, Jamie, Lea and the Neal and Neal team provided the best realtor service we've had thus far. This being our third home. We were able to list our home in a week and our first offer came a week later.

Jim was great, he responds quickly via text and phone. He was able to help me get the house I found via internet. Negotiation was some difficult, I end up paying full asking price with no discounts. Other then that, he was a good realtor.

I worked at a mortgage company for about a year and I already own a home elsewhere, but San Antonio is a seller’s market. Every time we looked at properties on our own, they already had multiple offers. Having a real estate agent that is prompt and knowledgeable is key in this environment and John was that and more. I would most definitely recommend Alfred if you're buying a house! He was always available and helped me with EVERYTHING, even scanning paperwork when my scanner didn't work. He explained everything to me in ways that I understood, and I was always asking what everything meant. He was able to get me the house I really wanted! It went up for sale and the next day he was in communication with the seller on my behalf! He even showed the house that day! He negotiated many seller credits also. Jim was simply awesome. Buying a home is definitely stressful but Jim did a great job of communicating and replying back in a timely manner. He helped make the process go as smooth as possible. Jim and his team were great and would highly recommend. Will definitely be looking to work with Jim again in the future!
