This was the best experience I have ever had , not only did Shane explain the process of listing the house, what his team would do during the showing of the house and advising me on the best way to ready the house for the showings. The house sold on the 3rd day of listing! How great was that! The team assisted and answered all my questions before closing and of course Shane was there at the Closing. Thank you very much Shane for all your help, plus special thanks to Tran for all her help.

Shane was phenomenal to work with!! He did a great job explaining the process of selling our home and was very up front and informative so there were no surprises along the way. He's about as dedicated as an Agent can be due to the fact that he would help us with questions even on his time off or on vacation. The Neil Team did an outstanding job for us. We sold our house while we were in the process of having another one built. They were easy to work with and very helpful at all times. Clint and his team were very quick to answer any questions we had and did their very best to make sure we were comfortable throughout the whod process.

I can not say enough good things about the Neal & Neal Team. They made my home buying processes as stress free as possible. They had people avaialble to help show me houses, and a "transaction coordinator" that helped me in booking my inspections and closing, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole deal.
