Shane is just wonderful!!! This is the first house we have ever bought. Needless to say we had tons of questions and fears. He answered all of our questions, didn't matter a what time of day or night, he always called when we needed him. He was very patient with our wants and likes and we got into our dream home!!! We are first time home buyers and were looking for a realtor to assist in finding our home. I randomly came across Shane and didn't know what to expect. I can now say that he exceeded any expectations that we could have had. He was constantly available, helpful and understanding of our needs, budget and so forth. I would highly recommend Shane to prospective buyers and sellers. We listed our house with him and he did a great job keeping us informed concerning the status of the listing at all times. Shane was a great realtor to work with! He's very responsive (replied to any e-mails/phone calls quickly) and thorough and knowledgable with the paperwork side of the business. Shane is a great listener and understood our concerns, and was able to successfully translate that in to the negotiation process. Through his actions and involvement, I feel he truly went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor, which made the experience much less stressful.
