Clint worked with my husband and I to find our 1st home. We began searching older homes in established neighborhood but they just weren't what we were wanting. Clint recommended that we check out site built homes and recommended a few subsivisions. He was there with us through the whole process and even came to our closing. He recommended an inspector who was awesome and caught things that our builder missed. We will be using Clint again in the future to find land. Very professional and courteous.

Neal did an outstanding job. He was able to find us a home within 5 days that meet our requirements. Not only that, he helped us qualified for a mortgage within the same day. Later, he advised us on the steps to make our old home ready to be sold in the market. After the old house was ready, it only stayed in the market for half a day. This is long, I know. But, I just couldn't simply wrap up our wonderful experience in a few short sentences. Buying a house is a BIG deal, especially when it's your first! We were first time home buyers and very intimidated by the whole process. Clint made sure that he was always available for questions and checked up on us while we were "looking", even before he ever met us. He made us feel like he truly cared and was there to help. We worked with Clint Neal online for a few months before actually looking at any houses. Most realtors would have just written us off as wasting their time but Clint kept sending us new listings and stayed in touch the whole time. Shane was always responsive and forthcoming about selling the house. He sold our house and also was our realtor for buying a new one. Picked up dumbells at the house we sold because we forgot them.
