Team Neal did a fantastic job working with us on listing our home, including staging the home for sale. We were selling our home from long distance, but they helped and supported us during the entire process. The Neal team made it really easy for us and helped us coordinate all the repairs that needed to be done. We sold our home in less the one week for 98% of the asking price. I worked with Clint Neal in July 2015 for a consultation regarding selling our home. He came over during our conversation gave me all the info and gave me his thoughts of the sale of our home which was less than a month upon his walk thru. I was skeptical as that seemed really quick. This is the second time I have used the Neal & Neal team. Shane is a master at showcasing and advertising any property. I had 2 full price offers only after 4 days of listing. Ended up getting 5K more than asking price. Couldn't ask for better customer service and attentive to details. I highly recommend the Neal & Neal Team to anyone who wants to sell their property quickly and for top dollar. Definitely will be using them again to assist with future real estate transactions.
