Shane was able to put the pressure of the sellers agent when they had to extend twice on the closing. Fortunately the seller got their act together (BofA and their title company) and we closed.

Shane has been great to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. He handles setting up multiple showings on multiple days very well. He knows what to point out as pluses and minuses when touring a house with a potential buyer. He lets you know when a house is on a short sale and when it is in multiple bid status. Shane definitely works in your best interest and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and needless to say, we didn't know much about purchasing a home. Clint, was a true friend in whole experience. He knew the area very well, he walked us through the whole process and was very helpful. I was always able to get ahold of him even after hours. Anytime we asked for new listing or to modify our search he had it done within minutes! My experince with Shane was wonderful. We purchased a bank foreclosured home that required much acute attention, which Shane delivered. Shane over-saw the tedious paperwork and communicated between the bank, the mortgage lender, and our personal lender and ensured all paperwork was recieved in a timely manner to meet deadlines. He gave us sound advice and guidance as we submitted our bid resulting in a successful purchase. Shane was tremendous and I would recommend him highly.

Working with Clint was smooth and easy from day 1.
