We started looking for a house a year ago, looking at Shane Neal's website. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to be, and didn't plan to buy right away. He was very patient, very responsive, and sent us hundreds of houses to look at over the last year that potentially were what we wanted. We began contact with Shane Neal many months prior to planning a huge relocation from 1800 miles away. We could only hope that the process of picking, visiting and eventually buying two homes would not be so difficult. My husband and I have used Clint Neal and the Neal Team in the purchase of two residential real estate properties. Clint was responsive and returned calls, emails and questions very promptly. He also did exactly as he said he would do when it came to resolving troublesome issues that arose and never dropped the ball.
