Shane was perfect in his responses. I would leave a message and always get return call within minutes. He never tried to "fake" the answer I wanted to hear but did the research to get a correct answer. We bought this house from out of state so the comfort level we had with Shane and his local knowledge and responsiveness were extra crucial. I would definitely recommend Shane as a Realtor.

Neal helped me find a house I like in a very short time. He was working diligently to reasearch the house that was suitable for me. I was very impressed that he was always available to answer my questions or address my concerns even when he was on vacation. When I had time to look at a property, he also tries to work with my schedule. During the closing, he provided the best service. Clint was good at getting our home sold when two other realtors failed to make it happen. He was easy to work with and he followed up with us weekly to make sure we didn't have anything we needed from him. It was a good experience working with Clint.

The appraiser selected by my lender did a horrible job of underestimating the square footage and resulting value. Shane kept on the lender and seller constantly to ensure the problems got resolved through formally contesting, and finally getting the appraiser to agree to remeasure. Despite a horrible appraiser experience and the resulting challenges, Shane still pushed through it to successful closing.

When we decided to list our property we contacted another agent. We were told our place would never sell for the price we wanted. This agent never even looked at the property. I called Shane Neal and he was immediately willing to look at the property. We discussed the price and agreed on the listing price. He was able to list and sell our property in 23 days.
