We are in living in the UK, but we wanted to find a house in Texas to call home. We met the Neal Team during a round of door to door visits through the neighborhood. Their proactive approach was impressive, clearly someone we wanted representing us when buying/selling. Shane was great in negotiating with our builder for our new home. When it came to listing our existing home, his knowledge and preparation were very useful. During the sales process, he was extremely patient and also very responsive to communication. We would recommend Shane and the Neal Team without any hesitation.
Clint and Carrie worked hard to find us the right home in San Antonio. Clint provided instant email response to our many questions (he never sleeps). We were doing our house shopping from over 1,000 miles away and made a couple of in person visits to the home candidates after seeing narrated videos Clint made as he walked the properties. Shane did an awesome job helping my wife and I get into our first home.
