This is a customer service type job. Sometimes your customers are unhappy and you have to step above their responses sometimes when they are unhappy that they have to pay additional for a few points on credit that changed near closing that was not a customer mistake but a credit reporting mistake and to try to say “hey I totally get it and I’m really sorry this happened etc etc rather than well that’s the way it is”.
