Neal made sure that I received the best rates and don’t have to overpay due to interest rate increase. He was always available when I needed his help which made the process much smoother.
Neal has been very helpful during the total process starting from the beginning pre-approval till the end. Used to call him at odd timings for clarifications but he was always patient and understanding and welcoming and answered all questions with clarity. He always has customer betterment in his mind. Would love to work with him in future as well.
