Neal was very thorough, available, helpful and willing to match other lenders. He answered questions, regardless of how simple or complex they were. He followed up often and made sure we knew what part of the loan process we were in and what we needed to do. It was our first time buying a home and he really catered to our needs. Throughout the very long process, Neal checked in often. Neal built a relationship and did not just treat me as a transaction. He answered all my questions and communicated every step of the process in a professional and courteous way despite a number of frustrating points in the building process.
