Mr. Tipton and his staff especially Jenny they rock. They kept you updated on how your mortgage process was going, and they were very understanding. I will never forget when I first met Mr. Tipton, I told him I wanted to purchase a home for the first time, and what did I need to do. He assured me if I do what I was told in 6 months to a year I will be able to purchase. I did just that I followed the recommendations stayed on top my credit, etc., and I did buy my first home. Neal was not our first choice. Our first choice seemed like a used car salesman. We found Neal and he was trustworthy and honest. Neal was able to work with our unique situation and explain everything in terms we understood. We submitted offers on several properties and Neal had no problem provide good faith estimates of closing costs, down payments, and monthly payments contoured to each property which allowed us to make much better decisions. I have and will recommend Neal Tipton to friends.
