I am so glad I that I took my real estate agent's advice and used local lender Neal Tipton instead of a big online lender. Neal was available 7 days/ week to provide info and answer questions. Neal offered much quicker closing than the big banks, which in my situation was important in being able to purchase the home I wanted. Because of the personalized service I received, I would recommend Neal and I will use him again in the future.

As stressful as buying a house is Neal doesn't rattle easily and helps walk you through each step. Even my real estate attorney commented on how quickly Neal and his team were able to get things done and told me how rare that was in this business. I would recommend Neal to anyone going through the process of obtaining a home loan. Outstanding job!

Neal is amazing and the only lender my husband and I will ever use now. Neal had a meeting with us in the beginning to explain how the loan worked and what he would need from us. Once we found a house Neal was quick to get us the letter my realtor needed to submit the offer. After that Neal called us weekly to give us an update on our loan which took so much stress out of the process.
