Neal assisted my husband and I with a loan for our retirement home. He is professional, knowledgeable and available for any questions or concerns. We needed a lender asap. We knew we had to put an offer on our house because multiple offers were coming in and our agent recommended Neal Tipton and thank God she did because Neal is fantastic. I am so glad I that I took my real estate agent's advice and used local lender Neal Tipton instead of a big online lender. Neal was available 7 days/ week to provide info and answer questions. Neal offered much quicker closing than the big banks, which in my situation was important in being able to purchase the home I wanted. Because of the personalized service I received, I would recommend Neal and I will use him again in the future.

As stressful as buying a house is Neal doesn't rattle easily and helps walk you through each step. Even my real estate attorney commented on how quickly Neal and his team were able to get things done and told me how rare that was in this business.
